Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Trinity Partner Network website at partners.trinityjewells.com or applying to become a partner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be authorized to act on behalf of a registered jewellery business in India.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Partner Application

Submission of a partner application does not guarantee approval. Trinity reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion. Approved partners are bound by the separate Partner Agreement.

4. Use of the Website

You agree NOT to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to admin systems or other partner accounts.
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or to violate any third-party rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy proprietary content (catalog images, designs, source code).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and software — is owned by Trinity Jewells or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Partners receive a limited license to use catalog content as defined in the Partner Agreement.

6. Payments & Fees

The one-time installation fee and monthly platform fees are governed by your Partner Agreement and the published pricing at the time of application. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability is capped at the amount paid by you to Trinity in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Trinity harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your conduct on the platform, or your dealings with end customers.

9. Termination

Trinity may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or the Partner Agreement. You may terminate at any time per the Partner Agreement's exit clauses. Caratly Studio access is provided for as long as your partnership is active and remains open for 30 days after it ends so you can export your own designs; Trinity catalog content is Trinity's property and is withdrawn on termination.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Surat, Gujarat under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
